We tried to visit 12 Foot Falls on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 and found a locked gate. This website should state when the falls are closed and also there should be some notification on Hwy 8 when the falls are closed so someone like me visiting Wisconsin for the first time will not drive 10 down a dirt road to find a locked gate. Thanks! Jerry Newsome

12 ft falls is a great area to camp in! There are many sights to see and visit, as well as many activities in the area.
It has become a favorite of ours, with Big Arbor lake camping.
I have yet to try the trout fishing, perhaps this year – we alwasy get busy having fun!
